Ashley Delzer
Studio Director & Co-Founder
With a lifelong passion for movement and performance, I bring a unique blend of experience as a dancer, entrepreneur, and proud dance mom. My background spans years of training and performing across multiple dance styles, giving me a deep appreciation for both the artistry and discipline that dance requires.
Alongside my dance career, I’ve built a strong foundation in business, leadership, and vision needed to launch and grow new ventures. As a dance mom, I’ve spent countless hours supporting my child’s training, competitions, and performances, which has given me valuable insight into the needs of young athletes, their families, and the studios that nurture them.
Flip Lab represents the exciting next chapter in my journey—a place where my love for dance, my business expertise, and my commitment to creating a safe, fun, and inspiring environment all come together. I’m thrilled to share this new adventure and can’t wait to see the amazing things our community will accomplish here.

Christian Delzer
Co-Founder
As co-founder, I bring both professional expertise and a personal passion for supporting the dance community. With a strong background in sales, marketing, and account management, I have a deep understanding of customer satisfaction and what it takes to create a positive experience for families.
Beyond my professional career, I am a proud dance dad to two competitive dancers. My firsthand experience as a supportive parent gives me a unique insight into the dedication, commitment, and joy that dance brings to students and their families.
At Flip Lab, I combine my business acumen with my role as a dance dad to help build a welcoming, customer-focused environment where dancers can thrive and families feel supported every step of the way.

Frequently Asked Questions
What curriculum is being used?
At Flip Lab, we're proud to use the Acrobatic Arts curriculum - an internationally recognized program that blends the strength and flexibility of acrobatics with creativity and expression of dance.
How will my dancer be evaluated for leveling purposes?
-
At Flip Lab, dancer safety and success come first. Using the Acrobatic Arts curriculum, our teachers carefully evaluate each student to make sure they are in the right class level. Placement is based on skill mastery, technique, strength, and flexibility—not just age.
-
Our teachers look for proper form and control before introducing new skills, ensuring dancers build a strong foundation and progress safely. As students grow and achieve milestones, they’ll be ready to move into higher levels, celebrating their progress along the way.
-
This thoughtful evaluation process helps every dancer feel confident, challenged, and supported at their own pace.
When do classes begin?
Fall trimester starts October 5th!
How does the trimester approach work?
At Flip Lab, we structure our year in three trimesters. This system is designed to give dancers the best balance of consistency and flexibility in their training.
-
Consistency Matters – Week after week, dancers stay in the same class with the same group, building skills step by step. This steady structure helps them gain strength, confidence, and progress more quickly.
-
Flexibility to Grow – Because we re-evaluate at the end of each trimester, dancers who are progressing quickly have the chance to move into a new level. This means every student trains where they are most successful and challenged.
-
Clear Milestones – Trimesters create natural checkpoints in the year, so dancers, parents, and teachers can celebrate achievements and set new goals.
With trimesters, your dancer gets both the stability they need to thrive and the flexibility to keep advancing at their own pace.
